CQC Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

Greater Manchester
£38,000–£42,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonuses
Free City Centre Parking | Progression to Regional Manager Level

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working within a domiciliary care provider, ideally already as a Registered Manager
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Proven experience in managing teams, maintaining high care standards and delivering service growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the domiciliary care service in line with CQC requirements
  • Drive the growth of the client base while maintaining exceptional care quality
  • Recruit, mentor and support care teams
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee compliance, audits and service improvement plans
  • Ensure safe, effective and compassionate care delivery at all times
